So...having just joined the Globals Forum I wanted to see if there were any others here in BRISTOL or in BATH.

It doesn't seem like anyone has posted so I guess I'll have to start the ball rolling.

I'm living and working here, trying to save money for a trip away somewhere and looking for opportunities to start a PhD in International Law. In terms of global conflicts, I think that we are in a dire need of more democracy/accountability, even in so called civilised nations.

This is one way of making that democracy happen. Here online we can petition, discuss and learn from other's opinions. The human race is still evolving and has a lot to learn.
