Where would you really want to go at this moment?

somewhere unknown so I can hide myself?

Ehm I wouldn't be able to choose actually... New York (and some more of the USA), Spain, Russia and Japan (would love to go with the train from the netherlands to Russia and then to Japan by the transsiberian train) would be my favourites at this moment.

Ugh...I was just looking a bit around for the transiberean express, for one day somewhere in the future. Costs a lot of money and is quite difficult to arrange it all. To get a visum for Russia you need an invitation to come over there. Then arranging all the visa for the countries you want to go to. Need a lot of planning. Also the train goes to either Bejing or Vladislovstok. Bejing would be nice to see as well but I think Vladislovstok is better if you want to go to Japan.

So if I would do this trip I think I would start with going to St Petersburg, go on to Moscow and then take the train to Vladislovstok. From there with the boat to Japan and atleast visiting Tokyo. Then from Tokyo to Beijing and then southwards to Shanghai and Hong Kong. From there I wouldn't know. If I'm there why not make it a big eurasian travel and go to Mumbay or Delhi or Malaysia and then just by airplane going back >.>

Well anyway if you ever want to make such trip and need company, I would be interested. I rather would not make such a travel alone, but that might be just me...

Where I'd like to go? Everywhere!
It's true I've always wanted to see japan, redwoodforests in the us, Patagonia (on horseback!) and also Iran, jemen, Russia, all of afrika and any other country
I am to curious to what other countries are like, and as most of you just love travelling. This year I am probably going to tukey and Zimbabwe, must say I am looking forward to it a lot!!! So does anyone else have any good plans or travel suggestions?

He transsiberian express is not easy indeed. A friend of my tried to fix it but it was so expensive and so much work, that she went to Cuba instead. Which is really cool I think! Love to see that too.

I don't want to go to Yemen anymore since I've heard there are so many people killed and kidnapped.. But maybe it's getting better soon .

But I think this summer I just wanna go to a lot of international festival!!

Seems like the transsiberian is quite popular A few years ago a Dutch guy hitchhiked all the way to Vladivostok. He wrote about this on his blog (010-vladok.reitsma.ru/index.php?m=2). I was going to do the same, but I guess I'll go to Tuva instead. Once it was a country, now it is a region in the south of Russia. They practice buddhism/shamanism and just seems very interesting.

Anyway, a russian visa isn't that hard to get. You can just buy those invitation letters, so don't let it hold you back!

Wow that's awesome! Just read some, what a trip.
Tuva seems cool too, how did you think of that? It's not a "standard" place (Which why I think it's so cool )

O it's here btw, if people don't know it:

When are you planning on going there? And how do you, or can you, prepare for a hitchhike trip?

Wow hitch hiking is very popular I guess!
I would love to do it, it seems exciting, not knowing when you will be where, meeting new people.... But I'm to frightened something would happen I suppose! Only did it once, with 3 girls from the boat in Holland to the station

Mmmm on this moment I just really like to go to Paris, missing that city again! It's really nearby so I guess I should just go somewhere soon!
